Alquemist’s Ascendance is a 2-player game and is played in rounds under one of two modes. There can be 3, 5 or 7 rounds. There are two modes: Strategy and Risk. The game setup consists of 8 total possible triples given randomly to the players, 4 each, and 8 empty positions in a circle. The basic mechanic is placing silver or gold pieces in the empty positions in the circle. The goal of each player is to create the triples on the circle matching the triples owned by the player. For every triple formed, the player that owns that triple earns 2 points.
